GZGTY DE-SALT DRUM
Description
The desalting drum is a desalination device for removing salt from the salt-fresh skin. It contains a cylindrical roller cage, a solid support frame and a drive system that sets the cage in rotation. It is a necessary equipment for tannery to reduce the salt content of waste liquid.
De-salt process
After the folded salt fresh skin in feeder hopper enters the cage, the skin rotates in the cage, the mushroom-shaped pegs picks up the folded salt fresh skin and then falls again and again, and the skin is released in the cage. Impurities such as salt particles, excreta, and soil continue to drop from the cage，through the receiving bucket to the salt collecting tank during the collision with the cage wall.
A series of mushroom-shaped pegs spiral placed along the whole length of the cage, forcing the skin forward to the exit. By using the manual hydraulic Jack to adjust the inclination of the rotating cage, the residence time of the skin in the cage can be controlled at will, and then control the removal of salt particles, excreta, soil and other impurities.
Result
The skin out of the cage is no longer folded, but fully unfolded. The skin can be placed centrally or transported through the conveying system to the soaking drum.
